Do sredine 2025. \u010ce\u0161ka prednja\u010di s gotovo <strong data-start=\"292\" data-end=\"339\">70 % ugovorenih i 19 % ispla\u0107enih sredstava<\/strong>, dok Slovenija bilje\u017ei ranu fazu provedbe s niskom iskori\u0161teno\u0161\u0107u, ali sna\u017enim institucionalnim kapacitetom za ubrzanje projekata.
