Struktura fondova sna\u017eno je investicijska: <strong data-start=\"379\" data-end=\"392\">ERDF i CF<\/strong> pokrivaju ve\u0107inu infrastrukturnih i razvojnih projekata, dok <strong data-start=\"454\" data-end=\"462\">ESF+<\/strong> podr\u017eava mjere zapo\u0161ljavanja, socijalne uklju\u010denosti i obrazovanja, a <strong data-start=\"533\" data-end=\"540\">JTF<\/strong> osigurava sredstva za specifi\u010dna tranzicijska podru\u010dja.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"600\" data-end=\"958\">Provedba pokazuje stabilan napredak u ugovaranju, ali isplate jo\u0161 ne prate dinamiku, osobito kod velikih infrastrukturnih i zelenih ulaganja. Skromni <strong>JTF 2,1 %<\/strong> logi\u010dno je ograni\u010den na specifi\u010dna tranzicijska podru\u010dja. Najve\u0107i rizik je \u201cusko grlo\u201d na velikim infrastrukturnim projektima; prioritizacija gotovih projekata, br\u017ee dono\u0161enje odluka o sufinanciranju i tehni\u010dka pomo\u0107 korisnicima klju\u010dni su za podizanje spent stope u 2026. Do sredine 2025. ugovorena je polovica alokacije, dok su isplate na 6,8%.
